Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Company shall be responsible for providing as-needed installation, maintenance, and repair services for door automation equipment, including but not limited to the Equipment manufacturers listed in Section 3.1.3. Equipment may include any items necessary to ensure a door opens and closes automatically, such as openers, strikes, latches, vertical rods, exit devices, door framings, and door thresholds. Equipment will not be placed on a preventative maintenance schedule, but the Company may be required to perform preventative measures as part of the equipment maintenance, if requested by Charlotte Water. 3.2.2. Access control is not included in this scope. However, the Company shall coordinate, when applicable, with Charlotte Water and/or its access control contractor(s) to ensure the Equipment operates as intended. The Equipment installed by the Company shall be compatible with any access control measures in place.
