The USDA, Forest Service, National Forests in North Carolina is soliciting to award Wood Disposal Services IAW attached SOWs for the following three Zones: Zone# 1 Cheoah Tusquittee, Zone# 2 Nantahala Pisgah and Zone# 3 Eastern Pisgah (see Attachment 4, Map of Wood Disposal Zones).

This procurement is set aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 113310 Timber Piling, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees.
The Government feels this is the appropriate NAICS, however, offerors are encouraged to quote under other NAICS that they feel are applicable and the Government will evaluate them accordingly.
This project is a 100% Small Business set aside.
Contractors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of Proposals are due to be considered responsive and eligible for this award.
