Current Operations Assessment • Conduct a comprehensive review of dining facilities, menus, and services. • Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics. • Track foot traffic and dining usage patterns during different times of day to identify overutilized or underutilized facilities. • Review purchase patterns (meal plans, individual transactions) to understand student preferences and high-demand items. • Conduct on-site evaluations of dining facilities to assess their condition, capacity, and ability to meet future needs. • On-site evaluations will also include assessing surrounding buildings (e.g., Student Stores, Student Union, and Davis Library) to evaluate the possibility of adding dining to these buildings. • Conduct market studies assessing the influence of off-campus dining options on student dining choices to ensure oncampus offerings remain competitive. • Review the historical financial performance of dining venues to prioritize investments. • Evaluate all current operations as needed to determine the best outcome for the future of the dining program.
