Specifications include, but are not limited to: Procure non-exclusive services from qualified firms. These firms must provide: • Professional Services: o Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of marketing plans in collaboration with University units including strategy and analysis of social media, best media placements (traditional and digital) based upon individual units’ target audiences, demographics, etc.; o Coordinate between proposed and executed media buys to ensure the University’s unit placements complement, not compete, with one another; o Serve as a collaborative connection between University units, guiding decision making by unit and as a whole; o Collaborate willingly and openly with other University vendors – possibly including other marketing firms serving the University- regarding UNCG’s marketing plans and performance as directed by the University; o Have a keen understanding of higher education branding, recruitment marketing and, specifically, of UNC Greensboro; o Provide creative services, including but not limited to graphic design and copywriting, if needed; • Media Buying: o Negotiate best rates with media outlets on behalf of each University unit; o Provide a dashboard of digital marketing media placement results in real-time for each unit; o Execute individual marketing campaigns with a budget estimated of $10,000 or less; o Execute integrated marketing communications campaigns, led by a variety of University units, that includes traditional media buying as well as digital advertising including social media; o 5-10 years experience in Google Ad Network via a digital trading desk is required
