Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brunswick County is soliciting bids for fifty-two (52) all-in-one tiny/mini/microcomputers and fifty-two (52) 23.8-inch WLED FHD monitors for use in the County Library Public PC Labs, as well as three (3) year on-site, next business day (“NBD”) product support for the equipment. The Brunswick County Library provides free broadband internet access to all citizens of Brunswick County using County computers located in the Public PC Lab inside each of its five branches. The current PCs and monitors installed in each of the labs are beyond their lifespan and need replacing. Brunswick County Information Technology (“IT”) Staff will be responsible for the imaging, configuration, and installation of each of these devices. Once installed, these PCs will be available for the public at no cost for internet access to apply for jobs, apply for government assistance programs, and for academic resources. For continuity of operations, consistency with current equipment deployed, seamless continuation of maintenance and support, and due to limited physical space available in each of the Public PC Lab areas, each computer must be an all-in-one tiny/mini/micro device that is capable of attaching to the specified 23.8 inch WLED FHD monitor. In addition to the foregoing, the computers, monitors, and product support offering must meet the minimum specifications identified in the ITB.
