The scope of work is to plan and design a new Gravelly Hill Elementary School (GHES) and associated facilities on a greenfield adjacent to the existing Gravelly Hill campus and Orange County soccer complex at 4801 W Ten Rd, Efland, NC 27243. Architectural services are to include complete engineering consultants as required for the scope of this project, including but not limited to civil engineering (and survey), structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, technology, and any additional consultants (including sustainability) deemed necessary or value-added to the school district. Geotechnical engineering will be procured separately by the Owner. The scope of work is anticipated to include the following phases with each priced individually and completed with the owner’s authorization.
