Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dare County is seeking a professional marketing consultant or agency to provide creative marketing services for the Gov Ed Television Network. The desired services include: 1.Development of a strategic marketing and communications plan in order to increase awareness and viewership of the channels on broadcast cable and through online streaming services. 2.Evaluation of current branding. Development of graphic design and branding standards and a comprehensive brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging across print, online, social and emerging medias. 3.Consultation on outreach/marketing strategies using existing and potential tools including preparing cost estimates, budgets and realistic timeframes for each task to best integrate services with partners and stakeholders to utilize the channels and it's services to the fullest extent possible for all partners.
