Contractor shall demo/remove old existing based mounted water circulation (2) pumps, triple duty valves, flexible connections, suction diffusers, isolation valves, and differential monitoring instrumentation. Contractor shall install (2) fully rebuilt pumps with an 18-month warranty and pumps shall include grout bases with laser alignment. Contractor shall install new triple duty valves, new isolation valves on discharge pipe, new connections, new suction diffusers, and new differential monitoring instrumentation. Contractor shall replace all insulation up to 10’ on both suction and discharge side. Contractor shall ensure a proper Licensed Electrical Contractor completes connects and disconnects and shall verify proper rotation. Contractor shall handle all BAS control coordination and OPS sequence verification. Contractor shall include proper start up is scheduled with appropriate parties. Contractor shall be liable for any damage caused during demo and install. Contractor shall verify all work during pre-bid to ensure no change orders arise. Contractor shall cleanup work area and work areas shall be free of any debris during & after construction. Contractor shall coordinate schedule with Owners (Cumberland County). Contractor shall communicate with owners on schedule, timelines, and provide oversite over project.
