1. Permits Contractor shall secure all required demolition permits. Contractor shall provide documentation to the City verifying that permits have been secured. Contractor shall provide any permitting closeout/inspection documentation prior to submitting for final payment. 2. Demolition • Demolition of the building. Including removal of all concrete slabs and footings. • Existing concrete stairway, retaining wall, and guard rail to the West of the building shall remain undisturbed. See Photograph 3 in Exhibit B. • Concrete stairs and a portion of the sidewalk to the North shall be removed. If they don’t impact the slabs or footings, landscaping (bushes and trees) to the North of the building shall remain undisturbed. See Photographs 16 & 17 in Exhibit B. • Remove and dispose of all demolition debris and all other scrap materials from the property. • Demolition activities to be confined to “Staging Area” (see Maps)
