Purpose: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver DEMA Parts on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) Correction Enterprise Janitorial Products Plant during the contract period. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Background: Correction Enterprises Janitorial Products Plant provides offenders with hard and soft skills while producing janitorial supplies for prisons, schools, and non-profits throughout the State of North Carolina. Products are formulated, packaged, and quality control tested in-house. Offenders learn skill sets in production, quality control, warehousing, inventory, and shipping
