Specifications include, but are not limited to: De-icing Facilities Management Services. The Airport is seeking a provider to operate and manage the Aircraft De-icing Facility and supply De/Anti-icing fluid for aircrafts operating at the Airport. The major functions of the Airport’s Aircraft De-icing Facility are to control aircraft onto and off of de-icing aprons, de-ice aircraft during the precipitation and non-precipitation de-icing events and to remove and dispose of spent aircraft de-icing fluids. During this process the Company shall be required to collect and report data for various municipal, state and federal agencies. The Airport currently provides the de-icing trucks, the fluid storage facilities, the office space and truck maintenance facilities.
