Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide customized, interactive, social and emotional learning program for four high schools. The goal of the program is to address school and community violence and provide school personnel, students, parent and community members needed training on preventing school violence and bullying. The District is seeking a firm with a proven track record of providing International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) training, restorative practices, trauma informed practices, SaferSaner Schools and anonymous reporting technologies (i.e., tollfree hotline, free smartphone app Say Something) and school-based and community based mental health services for district administrators, school staff, parents, community members and students. The firm will also provide on-going coaching for school staff on social-emotional learning. The selected firm will need to collaborate with district administrators, school principals, site staff and teachers to ensure program is customized to meet the needs of students at each participating school.
