Specifications include, but are not limited to: The firm should have experience in creative strategy and planning, branding, video production and editing, graphic design, digital media, and imagery related to cause‐related messaging for non‐profit or government organizations. The firm should understand the target audience across all creative platforms and provide strategies that produce effective messaging and creative content to reach strategic goals and leverage creative contents in multiple formats. Creative Services will require audience identification and budget parameters. The firm will provide monthly and annual performance reports of all creative materials in development/produced and will work with the City to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency
