Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Graphic Design, Illustration, Web Edits, and Video Production/Editing 1. Graphic Design o Using Adobe or MS Office programs, and adhering to FSU’s brand standards, create collateral to include, but not be limited to one-sheeters, brochures, posters, event collateral, evites/emails, banners, fliers, templates, infographics, and web and social media graphics. o Provide final compilation of documents in print and electronic formats (PDF) as needed 2. Illustration o Provide hand-drawn and digital illustration. 3. Web Edits o Work in Ingeniux 10 to provide new content for FSU’s web sites and edits to existing content. 4. Video Production/Editing o Produce videos for promotions using video clips and photography, along with graphics and music. o Edit videos to enhance the visual presentation. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform the services. FSU’s branding style guide will be provided to ensure consistent branded materials are created. Contractor is expected to self-perform all work, unless approved by the Interim Executive Director of Marketing. Work may be completed remotely. Travel time and expenses are not anticipated in the scope of the contract. Fayetteville State University maintains all rights and ownership of developed material. Contractor Requirements: • Strong understanding and experience in graphic design, illustration, web editing, and video production/editing for above scope • Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to furnish tools, equipment, and materials needed to perform the services 2 Professional Photography Create unique and engaging professional photography for use by Fayetteville State University’s Office of Strategic Communication. Photography will be used in communications collateral to include, but not be limited to, FSU’s magazine, website, social media, and printed materials. • Participate in planning for photo sessions to meet project goals. • Arrange and conduct photo shoots. • Edit photos. • Load photos to FSU’s shared folder. • The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform the services. • Contractor is expected to self-perform all work, unless approved by the Interim Executive Director of Marketing.
