The proposal must detail the costs, equipment, and services necessary to accomplish the following: • Pre-Deployment Surveys o The vendor shall provide the following pre-deployment surveys upon award: ▪ Rooftop macro survey of all available bands and operators to include: • Signal Strength • SiNR • QoS ▪ Indoor coverage survey of existing cellular performance of all operators. • Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Complete System o The vendor shall include for the supply, installation, test, and commissioning of a complete mobile signal enhancement system as per the agreed design drawings and specifications provided by the vendor as determined resulting from the walkthrough of the Courthouse. • Full Documentation o The vendor shall provide a complete set of as-built and supply all documentation. • System Components o The system shall consist of the following: ▪ The system shall obtain the signal off-air and requires roof-mounted antenna(s).
