Wake County Government (the County) desires to procure: 1) Copier/Printer Management Services to include consulting on equipment replacement, installation, maintenance, and supplies for copiers and printers and 2) Management for all aspects of a full-service print shop.endor shall be responsible for all facets of the Copier/Printer Management program to include but not limited to consulting on equipment replacement, installation, support, service, metering, supplies, inventory, shipping, parts, delivery, billing, accounts receivables, tech support/help desk, equipment moves, removals, short-term rentals, loaners, etc. Preliminary assessment Vendor will develop a database, in a format approved by Wake County, of information from the assessment to be used as an inventory control and management tool. Vendor will perform a physical inventory of all equipment covered in this contract. Vendor will perform the assessment after the contract is awarded and prior to the beginning of this contracted term. Vendor will provide the information to Wake County prior to the beginning of the contract. Vendor will make the database available to GSAs Contract Administrator or designee. Vendor will provide and apply identification labels to all equipment using a GSA standard numbering system. The County will share any inventories and data they have, but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information. Excluded devices Wide Format plotters, printers and scanners Coin operated copiers or any other revenue generated machines Specialty printers producing small roll fed media such as dedicated label printers Any device that is not owned by Wake County but may be located in a Wake County Facility
