Specifications include, but are not limited to: Flat Rock Elementary School Gym Renovations 1539 East Pine Street Mt Airy, NC 27030 Copeland Elementary School Gym Renovations 948 Copeland School Road Dobson, NC 27017 The project consists of renovations to Flat Rock Elementary & Copeland Elementary Schools and is further described as follows: Work at each school includes but is not limited to partial HVAC adjustments, controls, plumbing, electrical, roofing, windows, floors, ceilings, door hardware, interior finishes, data, fire alarm, intercom, and security systems as required to complete the additions and/or renovations. In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures, the following items are being considered by the Owner for this project: A. Sargent mortise locks, cylinders, exit devices; Schlage cylinders; LCN closers; and Alarm Lock card readers.
