Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. City Permits - Contractor is responsible for any, and all City Permits. B. Graphic design detail – Contractor will provide graphic detail renderings to the City/Owner for approval. C. Design and schematic drawings – Contractor will produce detailed drawings of the structure of the letters with mounting details. If not cost prohibitive, the City would like to include internal lighting. If the lighting option is included in the contracted design, these drawling should include lighting, wiring and connections to the facilities power source. Drawlings will be Digital plan sets (minimum size 18"x24" and not to exceed size 36"x24", all sheets must be the same size) drawn to engineering scale (1"=20", 1"=100"), and supporting documents will be accepted as SEPARATE PDF FILES ONLY. (Plan sheets should be combined into one file.) If multiple supporting documents are required, each document must be its own PDF file. a. Date of preparation (SIGNED) b. All revision dates (resubmittals only) c. Sealed AND SIGNED by design professional D. Mock-up – Contractor will ensure a mock-up is made available to the Coty/Owner for review and final approval. E. Fabrication design detail and shop drawings – Contractor is responsible for providing the necessary drawling to the fabricator.
