The Consultant is to provide technical assistance in maximizing revenues from the United StatesAmerican Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.The respondent must have knowledge and understanding of county government in New Jersey,combined with extensive experience in New Jersey State government operations and Federalgovernment as well as Medicare Principles of Reimbursement, New Jersey State MedicaidReimbursement Methodologies, Federal and State grant and contract reimbursementmethodologies.Respondent to:·Prepare a study and determine methods for enhancing county revenues in various areas.Areas of review may include, but shall not be limited to the following:1. Increases to Medicaid fund for programs administered by the County's WelfareAgency, healthcare facility or other departments2.
