Securely manage all medical, mental health, and pharmacy records in compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations, ensuring student confidentiality and data security. Maintain appropriate accreditation (e.g., AAAHC) to demonstrate commitment to high standards of care. Retain qualified existing health services personnel where possible to maintain continuity of care and student trust in campus health services. Implement health and wellness education initiatives, including substance abuse prevention, nutrition counseling, sexual health education, and stress management programs. Foster partnerships with campus departments and community healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care, including specialty referrals and hospitalization support. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as appointment wait times, utilization rates, patient satisfaction, and health outcomes to assess service effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
