• Onsite Service Delivery: Will be provided at the following locations but may be expanded to include other facilities throughout Mecklenburg County: o Mecklenburg County’s Community Resource Centers (CRCs) Ella B. Scarborough Community Resource Center - 430 Stitt Rd, Charlotte, NC 28213 Valerie C. Woodard Community Resource Center - 3205 Freedom Dr, Charlotte, NC 28208 At least one staff member must be onsite at each Community Resource Center (CRC) location. o Vendor’s community location or Remote based on the client’s needs or preferences. Staff may be accessible remote; or At the Vendor’s community-based location(s) or primary office • CRC Vendor Training and Orientation: All Vendor staff working in the CRCs and their direct supervisors will complete training. o Up to eight (8) hours of County CRC orientation, developed and led by Mecklenburg County Staff. Vendor staff will complete CRC orientation prior to the formal start of service delivery in the CRC. Vendor supervisors of direct staff will complete CRC orientation within 14 calendar days of their start date with the organization.
