Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish, deliver, and install all labor, equipment, and materials to perform and complete the UNC CharlotteColvard Building 5000 Level Refurbishing  Painting Project as specified herein.This contract is for the refurbishment (painting) of the existing conditions in COLVARD 5000 Level, as described in theplans and specifications produced by UNC Charlotte and dated November 19, 2010. Contractor is advised thatconstruction must be complete by January 30, 2011. It is UNC Charlottes intent the majority of the work will be completedduring Christmas break 12/18-10  12/23/10 and then 1/3/11 - 1/9/11 with the remainder of work completed on subsequentweekends. Contractor will have to work with and coordinate with separate carpet & moving contractors as a requirement ofthis Contract.
