Vendor to describe in their offer the following activities: i. Provide one (1) Resident Field Engineer to be an Operations/ support role and serve as the main point of contact on behalf of the Agency. They will be managing and responsible for the following activities: Manage and oversight of the Cloudflare assigned technical resource. ii. Coordinate all onboarding and optimization activities with the internal and external stakeholders. iii. Provide a technical resource responsible for hands-on delivery of and configurations required of any third-party network resources (i.e., router, hardware-based firewall). iv. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Cloudflare environment to include post migration “break / fix” services. v. Perform Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) Support, and if needed, engage with Cloudflare’s Technical Expert Services Resources and, when necessary, Cloudflare’s Technical Support (CSUP) by opening support tickets with Cloudflare for identified defects, bugs, degradation, incidents, and/or problems with the Cloudflare Platform. vi. Provide Customer project staff contact details and roles/responsibilities. vii. Provide read / write access to Cloudflare Project Team members with access to the Customer’s Cloudflare tenant to both investigate, and review configuration viii. Provide timely status reports and update on the deliverables including but not limited to: a. Detailed implementation plan b. Configuration and Setup c. Integration with Existing Systems d. Testing and Quality Assurance e. Documentation and Guides f. Project Status Reports g. Final Project Report ix. Provide training to NCDIT personnel. The training shall cover the following topics: a. Administration of the ZTNA Solution b. Troubleshooting and debugging techniques c. Best practices for configuring and managing the ZTNA solution
