Daily • Empty trash and recycling receptacles in all areas and dispose of all trash and recycling. Change plastic trash bags if soiled. • Clean all restrooms (including mopping floors, disinfecting commodes, urinals, wash basins, trash receptacles and dispensers). • Restock restrooms by inspecting, replenishing, and cleaning supply dispensers. Restroom supplies shall include, but are not limited to, paper towels, toilet tissue, mist dispensers, and soap. The County provides these supplies. • Clean all kitchen countertops and sinks. • In all public lobbies of County libraries and Social Service buildings: clean tabletops, countertops. • Clean entryway glass doors • Clean water fountains. • Sweep hard floors at entrances. • Vacuum high traffic areas of the public facing facilities including entrance mats. • Vacuum or spot clean any area not addressed that is dirty, soiled, or is in need of immediate attention. • Post appropriate warning signs or cones when persons should be notified of wet floors, slick sidewalks, off-limits, etc. Once Weekly • Vacuum entrance mats and floor mats not already covered by preexisting county delivery service contract (indicated in table above). • Vacuum other public areas not already covered above. • Clean restroom mirrors and brightwork, damp wipe doors, spot treat walls and partitions as needed. • In all public lobbies of County libraries and Social Service buildings: disinfect public computer keyboards and mice. Once Monthly • Clean up any dust from behind doors, in corners and around furniture. • Dust other public areas not already covered above. • Wipe down wooden or plastic arms of chairs in lobbies and public spaces Twice Per Year • Clean interior office windows and ground-level exterior windows. • Dust all windowsills • Wipe baseboards and metal kick plates
