General Scope of Work • The Contractor shall remove and dispose of one (1) split system (HP AA) located on the exterior side of the building and above the drop-grid ceiling in an office on the first story. • The Contactor shall furnish and install an A2L-Class refrigerant split system with equivalent functionally and tonnage, ensuring all necessary duct connections are made. • The Contactor shall furnish and install a new exterior electrical disconnect, plastic HVAC drip tray, new PVC condensation lines, and line sets that include all industry accessories. The existing chase system may be reused however, the existing line set shall be properly removed. All openings shall be air and water tight and the new heat pump shall be securely mounted to the existing pad. • The Contractor shall remove the drop grid as necessary. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to furnish and install new T-bars and matching tiles should they become damaged. • The Contractor shall save and reuse all accessories, including duct detectors and controls. • The existing controls will be disconnected by the Owner. Reconnection shall be the Contractors responsibility to coordinate with Envirocon, at the Contractors expense. • Provide a one-year warranty that includes any and all parts and labor. Post-installation warranty response time shall be within a 24-hour period after initial contact by the Owner.
