Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking proposals from qualified environmental graphic design firms for work in support of its programs located in Carmichael Arena. The location of the project at Carmichael Arena includes, but is not limited to, the Entry Lobby (1st Floor) and Entry Lobby Trophy Case (1st floor).; It is a desire of Athletics to contract with one firm whose capabilities include design, fabrication, and installation. The Project includes adding dynamic and interactive displays and images that creates an impactful space that enhances the experience of prospective athletes.; Key goals of this project are to enhance the space for the recruiting and competition experience.; • Create & showcase a facility that results in an unprecedented recruiting tool for student athletes; • Permanent photoshoot spot / IG moment; • Gear display; • Fresh graphic messages, images that illustrate excellence throughout the defined space. See attached diagram of lobby space. Specific locations for installations include: Entry Lobby (1st floor) approximately 3,500sft –; Entry Lobby Trophy Case (1st Floor) approximately 75 linear feet; • Work with UNC staff to identify story lines and design concepts that support the UNC desired images and messages; • Confirm specific locations and identify graphic formats for each location in the building; • Confirm work can be accomplished within the designated budget; • Produce, fabricate, and install the work
