Specifications include, but are not limited to:Vendor shall provide Marketing Services for five (5) inbound missions, participate in one of them, research market potential and organize in region market missions. 5.1 GENERAL The Vendor will provide services to open the Caribbean market to North Carolina Agribusiness export opportunities. 5.2 OBJECTIVES Vendor shall provide personnel for five (5) inbound missions as specified in scope of work. Vendor shall research the potential for Christmas tree exports. Vendor shall organize one (1) market tour in the Caribbean region. Vendor shall participate in Flavor Show. Vendor shall provide additional market research and support. 5.3 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTVendor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in implementing activities in the Caribbean region and/or related services for promoting agricultural products. 5.4 TASKS Vendor Responsibilities:1. Vendor shall recruit a minimum of two (2) people from prominent Caribbean media (digital/printed press, bloggers, etc.) to visit/tour North Carolina, experience and write about NC agriculture. Vendor shall provide final copy of article(s) to the Contract Administrator by May 30, 2017
