Specifications include, but are not limited to: To install a door access system for security of our campus that can bemonitored and maintained by authorized personnel. Montgomery Community College wishes to enhance our security on campus by implementing a keyless entry with alockdown solution. This project will install electronic door access controls on all exterior doors on campus and selectedinterior doors. This keyless entry solution will be controlled software, that is cloud based, that can be used to “lockdown”a building(s) or the entire campus from a designated user(s) simultaneously. The Software must allow for a log/record ofany user utilizing the keyless entry that will be archived with the person’s name, and a time stamp of entry. The keylesssystem should be capable of accepting smartcards, key fobs, and Bluetooth credentials for users to gain access toapproved access points. Six (6) manual push buttons for lockdown activation shall be provided and installed in locationsidentified by Montgomery Community College administration. All card readers shall be programmed to activate lockdown by authorized users. Montgomery Community College shall retain all locks and hardware that may be removed. Eighteen (18) exterior doors and twelve (12) interior doors have been identified to have access control installed. The components of system should be able to support additional doors in the future. Electronic cards, key fobs, and Bluetooth/cellular should have the ability to be keyed by specific building, door, and/or room as needed as the college isable to proceed with this project
