Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cabarrus County Infrastructure and Asset Management (IAM) is soliciting responses from qualified firms licensed in North Carolina to provide providing, full blown design, and cost estimating services of an approximately 10,000 square foot partially elevated outdoor/exterior seating/dining/stage/concert/ assembly area at the Cabarrus County Arena and Events Center located at 4751 NC Highway 49 North in Concord, NC 28025. Sunshades may be incorporated into the design. This area will be utilized for dining during the Cabarrus County Fair in addition to being utilized as a rentable space during Arena events. Stormwater and underground utility evaluation and possible relocation will most likely be needed.
