It should be emphasized that the City of Wilmington requires professional and detail-oriented security officers who are prepared to respond positively to a high level of scrutiny and can maintain composure in stressful, critical situations. 2.2 Building Officers may screen invitees (contractors, vendors, and similar individuals) to the buildings to determine the purpose of the invitee's visit and assist in directing the public as necessary.
