Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish one (1) 2007 Ford F550 with a TruckCraft TC-300 Combination Service/Dump Body, and a Meyer C-8.0 Snowplow or approved equals with the following specifications: A. All equipment furnished under this contract shall be new (no used equipment will be accepted). B. Accessories not specifically mentioned herein, but necessary to furnish a complete unit ready for use, shall also be included. C. Equipment shall conform to the best practice known to the body trade in design, quality of materials, and workmanship. D. Assemblies, sub-assemblies and component parts shall be standard for body design. E. The vehicle must be delivered with a current Virginia State inspection. F. Within a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to delivery, contractor shall provide to the Fleet Manager or Fleet Service Coordinator in writing the following information: 1. Vehicle Identification Number 2. Vehicle Make, Model, and Year 3. Engine Size and Fuel Type 4. Vehicle GVW 5. Projected Delivery Date 6. Factory Order Number
