The overall goal of this project is to take advantage of the newest technology and harness efficiencies by reviewing business processes and implementing technology to enhance existing business processes performed at the Municipal golf course (Muni). The Muni is planning to replace its current software system environment with a new golf course-specific software system and to adopt systems functionality to support core processes. In doing so, the City seeks to address several challenges in the current environment, and gain future efficiencies, including, but not limited to: • Key Objectives and Outcomes: o A management system with the following capabilities: - Golf POS, inventory, customer management o Ease-of-use online tee times o Efficient tee sheet display o Robust customer service features o Tee sheet and email marketing - Golf POS licenses o Streamlined and efficient POS system o Streamlined and efficient inventory system
