Demolition, clearance, and disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations of two housing units as follows: DEMOLITION ONLY: Unit #1 (Lucille Rooks) 90 Carver St. Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 Contact: Dorean Rooks (Daughter: 252-676-9069) Structure Type: Single-story – Frame home. A new housing unit will be placed on this property once the existing unit is cleared. All debris shall be completely removed. This includes leveling, filling and compaction of lot back to original grade. Care should be taken when disconnecting any water, sewer, electrical and gas services from the unit. Contractor will be responsible for all utility disconnects. All underground disconnections must be flagged for reconnection to the new housing unit.
