Specifications include, but are not limited to: SERVICES Weekly Mowing (Estimated 52 Weeks Per Year), approximately twenty-five (25) acres. • All turf areas shall be mowed (see map) within the fence. Requested height: three (3) inches. • Flower beds shall be trimmed and edged with a string trimmer or mechanical edger. • Sidewalks, driveways, and curbs will be edged with a string trimmer or mechanical edger. • Grass clippings will be blown off driveways and sidewalks. Weekly Services (Estimated 52 Weeks Per Year) • Leaf removal within and along the immediate outside of the fence (see map). • Debris removal from storm drains. Initial Site Cleanup • Vendor will mow the property. • Remove leaves off the fence line in needed areas. • Mow/cut hillside by maintenance shop. • Bush hogging along the fence (see map) ADDITIONAL SERVICES AS REQUESTED Bush Hogging • Vendor shall provide bush hogging around the outside of the fence line as requested by the facility. Bush Hogging services shall be charged separately (see map). Brush Removal • Vendor shall spray herbicides to remove brush on the facility grounds. Brush removal services shall be charged separately. Tree Trimming • Vendor shall trim trees (to sixteen (16) feet) within the fence to keep limbs off structures and the fence. Tree trimming services shall be charged separately. • Tree limbs shall be disposed of outside of the facility fence area. Facility staff will designate an exact disposal area. Snow Removal • Vendor shall provide snow removal with a truck plow, skid steer, tractor with blade, or snow box. Vendor shall provide labor to shovel sidewalks and apply Ice Melt if needed. Snow removal services shall be charged separately.
