The current contract for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) application and Emergency Notification System (ENS) is expiring 6/30/2026. The current BCM application is being sunset within the next year or so. The vendor is still providing maintenance on the BCM application; however, enhancements have been discontinued. The Emergency Notification System provides a quick and easy communication vehicle for use during an emergency or other disruptive event and is utilized by many state agencies. The BCM application feeds the ENS with groups/call lists and recipient’s contact data points. The SaaS solution can be one application or two applications that work seamlessly together. The purpose of this RFP is to find a suitable SaaS replacement for the existing BCM and ENS applications. The target implementation date is 12/01/2025. The BCM and ENS applications are used by all executive branch agencies to create/maintain/update their Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Emergency Notification plans. The SaaS solution will support BCM for an individual agency and a statewide rolled up view for reporting and analysis.
