Services: Vendor shall provide laundry service for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Housing andResidence Life (HRL) Department during conference season, which typically runs from May 15 – August 15, as well as offering limited laundry service year round. Typical annual weight for laundry during conference season isapproximately forty thousand pounds (40,000 lbs) Laundry items include, but may not be limited to the following: ● Bath Towel: White, terrycloth, Sizes: 27” x 54” and 21” x 32”, 5 lbs per dozen ● Wash Cloths: White, not less than .75 lbs per dozen, 12” x 12”, 86/14 poly/cotton blend, institutional grade ● Flat Sheet: white, 36” x 80” ● Pillow Case ● Twin Blanket: light blue, light green, and beige 36” x 80” ● Twin Mattress Cover: white 80” x 110” ● Bedspread: green 80” x 110” ● Twin Mattress Pad: White, soaker, 36” x 76”, with corner bands, non-fitted flat ● Bathmat: White 21” x 32”
