Monthly Preventative Pest Control Services to all sites: 1. Provide preventive pest control maintenance service for ants, bees, hornets, wasps, roaches, mice, silverfish, rats, spiders, earwigs, centipedes, gnats, and flies. 2. Provide callback services at no additional charge to Durham Public Schools as needed, within twenty-four (24) hours of notification; for pests within monthly preventative maintenance scope. 3, Use only registered EPA products. A full product list may be asked to be submitted to the Building Services Department. Safety Data Sheets and product labels before the service work is started. When at all possible, use of odorless products are preferred. 4. Attached is a list of school sites, addresses, and square footages.
