The selected contractor shall furnish and install digital control systems for the following equipment at Coats/Erwin Middle School: • (1) Air Cooled System (Includes (2) chillers & (4) pumps) • (1) Hot Water System (Includes (2) boilers, & (4) pumps) • (21) Air Handling Units • (3) DOAS Units • (16) Exhaust Fans • (6) Lighting Circuits • (1) Electric Meter Monitor • (1) Cooler Monitor • (1) Freezer Monitor • (9) Domestic Hot Water Heaters • (9) Hot Water Secondary Pumps • (9) Cold Water Secondary Pumps • (1) Outdoor Air Sensor (temperature and humidity) 2. Connection to existing WebCTRL server 3. Provision or modification of standard ALC graphic displays 4. All associated low-voltage wiring, conduit, and terminations 5. Engineering drawings, submittals, project management, commissioning, and validation of provided systems 6. Minimum of one (1) year Warranty on all provided components, form the time of beneficial use 7. Alternate 1: Integrate 3 new chillers BACnet Integration only (Hardwire points included)
