The selected contractor shall furnish and install digital control systems for the following equipment at Overhills Elementary School: 1. Installation and wiring to controls for 75 AHU units and associated sensors 2. Chill water control valve actuators to be installed on existing valve bodies. 3. Existing enclosures, thermostat cabling, and conduit and wire pathing accessories to be reused where possible. 4. Labor associated with program, commissioning, and creating graphical user interfaces for remote control units. 5. Integrating new controls into existing Reliable Controls devices located in the central hot/cold water plant, and 15 AHU units in the “New Wing,” completed in 2024. 6. Labor associated with the program, commissioning, and creating graphical user interfaces necessary to integrate existing controls into one network. 7.
