National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) has a need to perform the following Services:
1). Preventive maintenance/repair/replacement, emergency maintenance/repair/replacement, inspection, new installation, and programming of Johnson Controls’ Metasys BAS and DUCON (Animal Bedding and Feed Distribution System) system.
2). Preventive maintenance/repair/replacement, emergency maintenance/repair/replacement, inspection, new installation, and programming to include both the SimplexGrinnell fire annunciator system as well as the fire suppression systems
3). Preventive maintenance/repair/replacement, emergency maintenance/repair/replacement, inspection, new installation and programming of the campus Physical Security Systems to include security surveillance equipment (Pelco), personal access card system (Johnson Controls Pegasys), duress systems, and barrier systems.
