1. Low Slope Roof Replacement - Roof Areas 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9: a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the 1/2" wood fiber board (Areas 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9) b. Provide base sheet mechanically attached to roof deck c. Provide Tapered Insulation System loose laid d. Provide Cover Board mechanically attached e. Fully adhere felt-back thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories f. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim g. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. 2. Low Slope Roof Replacement - Roof Areas 10: a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the lightweight concrete deck b. Provide base sheet mechanically attached to roof deck c. Provide 1.5" Roof Insulation adhered in foam adhesive d. Provide Tapered Insulation System adhered in foam adhesive e. Provide Cover Board adhered in foam adhesive f. Fully adhere felt-back thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories 3. Standing Seam Metal Roof - Roof Areas 1, 2, 3, & 4 : a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the poured gypsum deck b. Provide self-adhering underlayment c. Provide standing seam metal roof panel system along with flashings, trim and accessories d. Provide snow guard system along eave edge and upslope side of roof penetrations e. Provide a complete, weathertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly with 30-year finish warranty
