Ice bagged in standard size of (7 lbs.) Ice must be made free of contaminants and adhere to all local health regulations. Each bag of ice must be securely sealed. Deliveries should occur on an as-needed basis within 24 hours from the time of the order. Deliveries will be at multiple locations as needed per location (401 Patton Ave., Greensboro, NC 27406 and 2503 White Street, Greensboro, NC 27405 ) Price includes delivery fees. The awarded vendor shall provide and maintain four (4) ice bins at the Patton Avenue location and one (1) ice bin at the White Street location for the duration of the contract. These bins must be appropriately sized and meet all sanitary and safety standards for ice storage. The vendor is responsible for delivery, installation, and regular maintenance of the bins at no additional cost to the City.
