In2007 & 2008 NCSPA handled an annual average volume of approximately 1.0 M tons in break-bulk and3M tons in bulk through these ports. NCSPA also processed 200,000 + containers (TEU s) in thissame period through its Wilmington location. NCSPA provides Inland terminal services offeringcontainer-shipping customers in western parts of the state convenient access to the Port of Wilmingtonthrough its Charlotte facility. To identify qualified providers for a Back Office Systemsolution and selection of a Vendor to provide a Back Office business solution for Financial, HumanResource, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory, and other functional areas. Vendor will work with NCSPApersonnel in providing training, deployment, and the data migration from existing systems as indentifiedin this RFP to the new solution.
