Organizations have to provide evidence that all individuals working with schools are fully licensed or eligible to be licensed in school counseling, school social work, and school psychology. Applicants need to demonstrate successful performance in the area of service. Applicants must clearly identify one or more of the areas below in which you wish to be considered. A written statement of successful performance must be submitted for each area selected. ● Homebound Program Management and Support (Student Due Process & Alternative Education Dept.) ○ Master’s Level licensed or eligible to be licensed school counselors, school social workers, and school psychologists ○ Manage and evaluate the Homebound Program ○ Manage the homebound application process ○ Manage and verify payroll process for Homebound Program ○ Coordinate with and monitor the school-level coordinators, online program for middle and high school students, and the direct services provided to parenting teens programs. ● School Counselor, School Social Worker, School Psychologist School Based Support ○ Master’s Level licensed or eligible to be licensed school counselors, school social workers, and school psychologists with experience in performing the job duties of a school-based school counselor, social worker, or school psychologist. ● Adult Wellness Coordinator (Human Resources Department) ○ Master’s Level licensed or eligible to be licensed school counselors, school social workers, and school psychologists and clinically licensed. The purpose of the Adult Wellness Coordinator contractor would be to have a dedicated position that deals with assisting WCPSS staff with connecting to internal wellness/self-care prevention programs and resources, external resources like Deer Oaks Employee Assistance Program, Transition Life Care, and other community resources. The position would also provide support to facilitate improved interactions in the workplace through building skills related to workplace communication, conflict resolution, professionalism, and interpersonal relationships. ○ The skillset needed ■ Licensed Mental Health Provider (LPC, LCSW, CRC) ■ LPC=Licensed Professional Counselor ■ LCSW=Licensed Clinical Social Worker ■ CRC=Certified Rehabilitation Counselor ■ Experience working in Employee Assistance Programs ■ Experience working with adult mental health agencies and programs ■ Mediation Experience
