Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The purpose of this proposal is to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the Behavioral Health Program in the Counseling & Student Services Department • Applicants need to demonstrate high-quality data analysis and evaluation skills. • Student Engagement Team (SET) Grant evaluation for the purpose of this document should be considered to include but not limited to the following activities: o Development of a logic model based on WCPSS standards o Conduct focus groups and qualitative interviews o Statical analysis of SET services and WCPSS data o Data collection, entry/processing, and reporting o Prepare summative evaluation reports o Prepare summative evaluations in PowerPoint format ● Behavioral Health Support Services Program evaluation for the purpose of this document should be considered to include but not limited to the following activities: ○ Provide a statement of need ○ Revise logic models based on WCPSS standards ○ Clarify intended results - align current research to evidence-based practices and similar exemplar districts (size, location, population served, etc.) ○ Identify performance criteria/metrics and an indication of success for each performance criteria/metric ○ Conduct focus groups and qualitative interviews ○ Statical analysis of behavioral health services and WCPSS data (discuss targeted populations) ○ Data collection, entry/processing, and reporting ○ Prepare summative evaluation reports ○ Prepare summative evaluations in PowerPoint format ● The award will be for August 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024. WCPSS reserves the right to extend the award for two additional one-year terms at a fixed cost at its discretion and based on funding availability. ● All travel expenses should be included in the bid cost.
