Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The University of North Carolina Wilmington is currently renovating Dobo Hall on campus, which necessitates the installation/reinstallation of all AV in the building. The installed audiovisual systems will encompass five (5) large venue auditoriums, twelve (12) labs, two (2) classrooms, and multiple wall displays for digital signage and/or collaboration. Installation will consist of new equipment, the major components of which are to be OFCI (see Excel attachment with Dobo AV Bid docs from link in 2.4)2. The Bid shall include itemized responses to each Add/Alternate. The State will use the alternates combined with the Base Bid to select the proposal that best meets the functional and budgetary requirements of the project. The State, at its sole discretion, may select any, all, or none of the proposed alternates and reserves the right to add any alternates to the scope of services within 90 days of contract execution, at the original bid price.3. The installation may begin as early as June 17, 2020 with substantial completion by July 6, 2020. All work, punch lists, etc. shall be completed on or before July 8, 2020. The awarded integrator shall coordinate with the project GC (Balfour Beatty construction - Terry Terragna) regarding access and operations on site.
