Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of North Carolina is in the process of developing plans to develop a bid document for providing maintenance to audio equipment installed and used in various fairground buildings. Service to be provided each month yearly with the exception of October. Vendor would be expected to provide service(s) as needed during normal working times, after hours (nights weekends) and holidays (except Christmas) and during various fair events. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to collect information and recommendations regarding: developing a bid solicitation document. The state is looking for detailed point-by-point responses showing how your firm would address the items in the following section of this RFI.
