BUSINESS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS • The system shall include products and platforms for institutional assessment, compliance and accreditation, the development and management of strategic planning, learning outcomes assessment, course evaluations, and credentialing. • The vendor must provide a secure, cloud-based platform for assessment management and course evaluations. • The vendor must support multiple assessment types, including formative, summative, and diagnostic assessments. • The vendor must offer customizable course evaluation forms that can be tailored to different programs and courses. • The vendor must provide real-time reporting and analytics tools for both assessment results and course evaluations. • The vendor must ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and regulations, such as FERPA, HIPPA and ADA. • The vendor must offer integration capabilities with existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) used at Wake Tech Community College. • The vendor must provide user training and ongoing technical support to faculty and staff. • The vendor must allow for the secure storage and retrieval of assessment and evaluation data. • The vendor must enable automated notifications and reminders for faculty and students regarding assessment deadlines and course evaluations.
