The specific items and any specifications that the University is seeking are listed below. Items offered by the Vendor must meet or exceed the listed Specifications. Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) • Soil stabilization - Mill out designated old asphalt, Mix soils and portland cement up to 10" per specifications, Mix soils/cement with injected water, Pad foot roll, Smooth drum roll, Hydrate soils until paved. • Asphalt replacement - 4" binder in 2 inch lifts, then 2" of top surface (total 6 inches). Campus Standard Asphalt Repairs • Excavate down to 24" removing failed subgrade (hauled off site and disposed of). • Install GeoGrid for stabilization at the bottom, and then Install 18" of new ABC/Crusher Run in three 6" lifts, each lift to be watered and compacted. • Asphalt replacement - 4" binder in 2 inch lifts, then 2" of top surface (total 6 inches).
