1. Asbestos Abatement o Legally remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) from each structure as identified in Exhibit A. o All removal work must comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to EPA, OSHA, and NESHAP standards. o Proper handling, transport, and disposal of asbestos material at a licensed disposal facility. 2. Air Quality Testing o Provide third-party air quality testing and clearance reports for each location following abatement. o All clearance testing must meet regulatory standards prior to demolition activities. 3. Demolition o Following successful asbestos abatement and air clearance, structures may be demolished in accordance with local codes and ordinances. o The contractor is responsible for securing all required demolition permits. 4. Site Safety and Security o Maintain a safe and secure work site at all times. o Contractor is responsible for securing the houses and surrounding areas upon completion of each phase. 5. Permits and Notifications o Obtain and pay for all necessary permits, inspections, and notifications required for abatement and demolition activities.
